  Registration fees include convention events and CPE only. Accommodation reservations must be made separately.
• 2. Convention Registration - Spouse / Guest – $180.00
  Registration fees include ONLY convention events. CPE & accomodations must be made separately.
• 3. Convention Registration - Children (Age 16 & older) – $180.00

• 5. Presidents' Reception & Dinner – $75.00
  For members/guest who cannot attend the entire convention.
