Charlotte Chapter NCSA Meeting Notice

Social time starts at 6:15PM.  The meeting will begin at 6:30PM

Please join us for our monthly Chapter meeting.

Location: Captain's Galley Restaurant

11032 E Independence Blvd, Matthews, NC  

Our speaker will be Ms. Vicki B Rowan, Attorney, specializing in representation of employees and employers regarding labor laws issues.  Her presentation titled ‘Employment Law ABCs’ will cover the following topics:



ü     Independent contractor versus employee

ü     Employment at will – what does it mean?

ü     Fair pay and time off

ü     Unemployment benefits

ü     Non-Competes

ü     EEOC and Other anti-discrimination laws

ü     Family and Medical leave

ü     Workers Compensation

ü     Workplace testing
