NCSA & NCSEA Announces the Annual Practitioners' Forum

Holiday Inn - Airport, Greensboro, NC

Registration Fee is $69 and can be paid by check or credit card to the NCSA office, PO BOX 1126, Conover, NC 28613.  Your registration is not complete until payment is received.

Only 35 registrants will be accepted.  REGISTRATION WILL CLOSE WHEN THE CLASS IS FULL.

 All Fees must be paid by October 18, 2019.   No fees will be accepted after the class fills.  No registration fees will be collected at the door.

Lunch will be provided
